Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist because websites load non-essential scripts — analytics, advertising pixels, embedded players — that store identifiers in your browser. This website loads none of them.
There is no analytics platform configured, no advertising pixel, no embedded video player from a third party, no social media widget and no external font or script host. Every asset comes from this domain.
A banner asking permission for something that does not happen would be theatre, not compliance.
What is stored in your browser
One thing, and only if you actively choose it: your answer to the optional “What would you like to improve?” question on the homepage.
This is stored in local storage — not a cookie — under the key daa.interest, and holds a single value such as missing, shape-colour, alignment, general or unsure.

Videos on this website
Patient story videos and the clinic tour are hosted on this domain and played with the browser’s own video player. They are not embedded from YouTube, Vimeo or any other platform, so no third-party identifier is set when a page containing them loads.
Video files are only downloaded after you press play — the poster image is all that loads beforehand.
Maps and social media
The contact page does not embed an interactive map. It shows the address as text with a link that opens Google Maps in a new tab if you choose to use it.
Social media sections link to the clinic’s profiles using ordinary links and locally hosted images. No social platform script runs on these pages.
If this changes
The website is structured so that any future analytics or embedded content would be loaded through a single consent-aware module. Nothing non-essential would run before consent, and this page would be updated to list exactly what is set, by whom and for how long.
